Judith Rosenblum

Biography

Ms. Rosenblum has worked with her client's intellectual property and general business concerns for over 20 years. She has offered transactional counseling in the creation, development, protection, license, and sale of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and general intellectual property issues both in the U.S. and internationally and assisted clients with general business entity formation and maintenance. She has also led litigation efforts to protect her client's property from infringement by others. Clients range from individuals to multinational corporations. Before practicing law, Ms. Rosenblum worked as a legislative and staff assistant in Washington D.C. for various members of Congress.

Chairperson, Colorado Bar Association, Law Practice Management Committee (1995-1998); Co-Chair, Young Lawyers Division of American Bar Association, Patent, Trademark and Copyright Committee (1989-1992); Member, Partners in Leadership Program, Anti-Defamation League (ADL) (1995-2000); Adviser, Lecturer and Roundtable discussion leader for businesses, artists, and community organizations concerning contracts and intellectual property protection; Member of Board of Directors, Colorado Lawyers for the Arts (COLA) (1988-1990).; Member: American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association (1987 to present); Advisor/Mentor for intern paralegals assigned to the Rosenblum Law Office from Denver Paralegal Institute and for law students from University of Denver Law School (1990-1995) Member, International Trademark Association (INTA) (1992-1993); Member, Business and Professional Women's Association (BPW) (1994-1995); received award for Colorado District Young Careerist 1994.; Frequent teacher & lecturer for artists? organizations and college & graduate schools; Member Tennessee Bar Association & Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (2002-2004).
