Biography

Thomas J. Wolf joined Ireland Stapleton in 2008. Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Mr. Wolf was with Myer, Swanson, Adams & Wolf, P.C. for 26 years, a Denver firm formed in 1960. Mr. Wolf has extensive jury and bench trial experience in state and federal courts in many commercial areas, such as trade secrets, unfair competition, commercial lease/finance, breach of asset purchase agreements, computer fraud, real estate development and lending, commercial fraud and minority shareholder claims. Mr. Wolf has represented large national clients in mergers and acquisitions and worked with real estate developers, builders and lenders in different aspects of real estate development projects. Mr. Wolf also regularly advises his clients regarding succession planning in business and family estates.

Accomplishments

Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1993.

Interests

Mr. Wolf volunteers his time to Rotary International. He is currently the Rotary District 5450 Foundation Chair and a current member of the District Strategic Planning Committee. He was past International Service Chair, past Assistant Governor and past President of the Stapleton Rotary Club.

Mr. Wolf enjoys travel, skiing (water and snow), golf and tennis. He is a runner and competes in 10K and half marathon events.
